  23. Non sequiter.  Our Motorola UDS V.3400 modems are outstanding, and I
  24. have not found that having to upgrade by changing roms is a drawback.
  25. It's very quick and less prone to trouble than a failed download.
  26. (And these are not cheap modems by any stretch of the imagination!
  27.  Price has nothing to do with how upgradeable the modems are)
